Reno was 449 miles away from Las Vegas; it was also 132 miles away from Sacramento. Why was that so important? Because it put me at a safe distance enough to keep me away from the Blood Hounds, the nastiest motorcycle group out of Vegas, who thought they left me for dead on the side of the road. The disadvantage, I was closer to Vixen than I wanted to be.
See, I escaped the world of bikes, gangs, drugs, and a tempting boss’s daughter to be a recluse in the mountains of Reno. And I liked it, enjoyed it, longed for it. Brandi, aka Vixen, was the wild card, though. She passed a lot through the roads of Reno to go see her dad, and I knew one day I would see her.

I didn’t expect that day to be so soon. I also didn’t expect her to lose her bike. And lastly, I didn’t expect her to rock my world, kill my sanity, and destroy my sanctuary.
