Belinda Carmichael had left the small town of Westover, Wyoming behind the moment she got the chance, which didn’t come until she was able to leave for college. It wasn’t that she didn’t love the small-town feel, she actually did, but there were needs that far outweighed her own; like that of helping her mom with her Grandmother Betty’s medical bills.
