“Drawing me?”
“Tying you up.”
“Only if you promise to do the same.”
“Deal.” I then hurried out of the bathroom to get my sketchbook. When Leo came out of the bathroom back in his clothes, my focus was on transferring what I’d captured in the photos onto paper.
“Let me guess. You don’t need me anymore.”
Glancing up, I gave him an apologetic smile. “I’m sorry if I ruined your day.”
“Ruined? I got a blow job out of it.”
I laughed. “I’m glad you don’t think your time was wasted.”
“Nope. I’m going to see if I can still meet up with the guys.”
“Sounds good,” I replied while getting back to work.
Five hours later, when Leo reappeared, he found me at the dining room table with three completed sketches. “Holy shit. These are amazing.”
“I decided to do a series and call it Submission.”
“Damn, Drea, you’re so talented.”
“I hope my professor thinks so. Not just for a good grade, but if he approves, they could get included in this major art show coming up.”
Leo’s brows popped wide. “You mean the face I make when I come is going to be seen by thousands?”
“Maybe.”
“That’s pretty fucking cool.”
I grinned up at him. “Of course you do, egomaniac.”
He leaned over to kiss me. “Next time, I’ll tie you up and take pictures. Then you draw yourself experiencing pleasure.”
A shiver ran through me at the erotic suggestion. “I’d like that a lot.”
“Then it’s a plan.”
CHAPTER THIRTY-SEVEN: LEO
Two months later
After being bornand bred in New York, I never imagined spending so much time in Philadelphia. But it was a necessary evil to get my casino off the ground. First it was closing on the land. Then it was meetings with architects. It seemed for every step forward, I took two steps back with delays. Not to mention, I still had the Neretti family business to contend with.
All my time in Philly meant time away from Drea. She’d just entered her sixth month. The baby was growing like a weed and constantly measuring ahead. Dr. Dunbar assured us that considering Drea’s and my height, it made sense he was going to be a big boy.
Thankfully, Drea’s time was occupied with school. Her Submission collection had been a hit with her teacher, and it’d been featured in two art shows. Seeing the pride and happiness on her face with her art made me so proud.
That’s why I’d decided that an epic romantic gesture was in order to make up for all my time away. For this trip to Philly, I’dbrought Drea with me. Since she sort of snuck into the city, she was able to meet up with Vittoria for lunch and shopping.
We met back up at the hotel around six. “Put on something sexy.”
“I’m six months pregnant, Leo,” she countered.
I laughed. “You’re still sexy as hell to me.”
