“It’s okay. I won’t tell anyone that you’re a cry-baby,” I tell him, and when he nips at my earlobe, the desire surges inside of me.

Just the reaction I wanted.

I might enjoy teasing him, knowing he’ll put me in my place later.

“Careful,” he whispers, making me smile.

Luke has finally parked his car, and we make our way over to where the rest of the team has gathered.

Luke stands on top of his car, cheering with his arms over his head and looking up at the sky.

Then he runs over to his team, who catch him and engulf him in hugs and more pats on the back than you can count.

When he spots Jessica in the crowd, he runs straight to her, lifting her up into his arms as she places her hands on his helmet and kisses the part covering his mouth.

Cue the tears again.

This title means a lot to Luke, but having Jessica by his side through it all—and being able to celebrate it together with her—might be the bigger victory for him.

Our parents have always been a little worried that he wouldn’t find someone who loves him for who he is.

Not his name, money, or fame.

Then, he stumbled—quite literally—into Jessica on one of her first days here in the paddock.

She knew who he was, but she sure as hell didn’t bow to the golden boy.

No wonder we also became fast friends.

“Will that be us when I win the Champions League?” Sebastian asks me.

He also admires Luke and Jessica and their moment together.

The butterflies in my stomach go crazy.

I would love for that to be us.

And the fact that Sebastian just said that suggests he considers us long-term.

He hasn’t said or done anything to imply otherwise, but part of me has been a little worried about what will happen when I go back to the States.

Will we do long-distance?

How will that go?

I’ve gotten so used to having him around, I know I’ll miss him dearly.

I know what I want, but I’m not sure if he wants the same thing.

Being in London has been amazing, and not just because of Sebastian, even though he’s a big part of it.

I love the city and its atmosphere.

I’ve always wanted to travel and try to live somewhere else, but life hasn’t taken me down that route before my London adventure began.

Now, I don’t want it to end.

I want to continue living there and explore all the sights I haven’t seen. Try the foods I haven’t yet.
