"Let him go." I ask again, more nicely as I crack my neck and wipe the blood from my eyes. "Noah, this mother fucker was going to rape Jen.Again! He pulled a knife like a pussy and stabbed me." I lift my shirt over my head, exposing the wound that is bleeding profusely and chuck it at Shame who grabs it.
"Move." I demand, voice calm. Chad looks at me, eye to eye and I see he will let him go and he does and stands now with Shame and Ral.
Red and blue lights flash against the trees telling me they’ll be here any second. "Noah, think if it was Bright." I say, almost pleading. Pain lances his face, but he drops this guy and stands because he too gets it.
"I am staying right here. I am all for you damaging this mother fucker, but we all need you tonotcatch a murder charge feel me?"
I say nothing and squat in front of him. "You brought a knife like a pussy. I brought muscle mother fucker and I am still standing. Now, you wanna’ fight like a bitch and try to rape my woman? Then you better try to get me down again." I use my hand to wipe more blood from my eyes when he goes for the knife again.
I catch his wrist and bend his arm to the side until his hand is trapped to the ground. I bend over to get the knife, my face to close to his free hand when he starts boxing my ear, but I feel nothing.
I stomp my foot to his wrist and feel the bone break right as the knife falls from his fingers. I kick it aside, lifting my foot and this mother fucker bit my God Damned leg, breaking skin.
"Mother Fucker!" I roar just as the police start charging us from every direction yelling for everyone to get down.
I am not about to lay down by a cannibal rapist, hell no! I turn and fall- facing my boys, my eyes on the paramedics with Jen. There is an officer over me, handcuffing me before asking if I can move.
"He has a stab wound, he needs to be on his back." Raleigh hiccups, sobbing as the cops let them stand telling them to get back.
The officer calls for the paramedics and rolls me to my back. I try to sit up when he stops me.
"Be still, help is coming." He says and starts barking out a shit load of codes on his radio.
"Tell me she's okay." I ask as the adrenaline flees the building, I feel everything realizing I am losing a lot of blood.
"They are with her now, sir. Try to remain calm." He says and I hear the crowd screaming to uncuff me, shouting my defense. I knew they had enough statements when the cop released the cuffs from me and moved as a stretcher was parked beside me.
"Do you know your name sir?" One asked me, but my eyes were on my firefly who was still not moving.
"Noah?" I yell as the panic sets in. "Tell me she's okay Noah?" I scream as the paramedic’s yell for me to calm down. Something was too high... bleeding worse? I don’t know.
Noah comes through the crowd and rests my broken hand over his. "She's okay Cal. She's headed to the hospital for her shoulder and a few cuts and shit. She hit her head, but she’s awake." He says when the paramedics ask him to step back.
"How about you fuck yourself and focus on my boy here dipshit. I aint leaving."
"Keep quiet and don’t interrupt us so we can get him in the ambulance."
"She's okay?" I ask and I have some serious slurred speech going on here. "What'd they gave meh?" I ask as fear cripples me. I try to hold onto his hand for stability but can’t move it.
"Dude, its broken bad. Just... Cal you gotta’ let these guys do their thing okay? We got Jen, she's safe and dude is definitely going away for some time. Bro you have gone way critical, don’t fight alright."
I try to nod, but I swear they gave me something to knock me out because I can’t think.
"Noah,Raleigh..." Bright cries and Noah starts yelling about something when Shame and Chad come to me as he leaves.
"Noah and Ral?" I ask, though I don’t know what I am asking.
"Holy shit!" Shame yells at the paramedic as they lift me and I laugh as we are rolling somewhere. "Stop him from bleeding!" He cries as Chad pushes him back, yelling something...something...
"Firefly...."
