Watching her like that, completely undone because of him, only deepened the hunger in him. The control, the way she melted in his arms, the way she couldn’t hold back—it pulled him under just as much as it did her.
When her strength finally gave out, Elias caught her before she could fully collapse, steadying her against him as he turned her toward the wall.
He positioned himself behind her, pressing close as water ran down their skin, and in one firm motion, pulled her back against him. His hand stayed on her, guiding her reactions as he moved with controlled intensity, refusing to let the moment fade.
When Amara cried out, completely drained from everything he had done to her, it only pushed Elias further over the edge. She was exhausted, barely holding herself together, but he still couldn’t stop. He wanted her to break for him, to fall apart in his arms because of him.
Without warning, Elias pulled her up and pressed her back against the wall. Water slid down their bodies, the heat between them cutting through the cold droplets. He moved in behind her, holding her steady, and in one swift motion, he thrust inside her. His fingers found their place on her sensitive nub, rubbing it constantly.
“Oh, God!” Amara gasped, her body trembling as his touch refused to let up. Her legs weakened beneath her, every nerve in her body reacting at once.
“You wanted to feel it, didn’t you?” Elias breathed against her, his voice low and rough. “Then let go, Amara. I want all of it.”
“Mmmhhmm…” Amara whimpered, her voice breaking as she tried to hold herself back, overwhelmed by everything he was doing to her.
Elias caught her hands and pinned them above her head against the wall, locking her in place as he stayed close behind her. He didn’t ease up, only deepening the intensity, refusing to give her space to escape the sensations building inside her. Amara shook in his hold, her breath coming in uneven gasps, her resistance slowly unraveling.
“Don’t hold back,” Elias murmured, pulling her head gently back so she had no choice but to meet his gaze. “I want to hear every sound you make.”
“I’m… so close,” Amara whimpered, her voice breaking. “Please, Elias… please.”
Elias growled, his voice low and rough.
Amara couldn’t hold back any longer. Her body gave in completely, trembling as release washed over her in heavy waves. A soft whimper slipped from her lips, her senses drowning in the intensity.
“That’s it,” Elias murmured, his tone quieter now, laced with satisfaction. His hands slid from her waist into her hair, gripping gently from behind.
Elias stiffened as her body clenched around him, pulling him deeper, and in that instant everything inside him snapped. The warmth of her release pushed him over the edge, his movements turning harder, more urgent.
As he came, his body shuddered with the force of it, holding her tightly against him. Even then, she didn’t let him go—her body holding him close, tightening around him in a way that made him want to stay there, to never pull away.

Amara slowly opened her eyes and stared blankly at the ceiling for a few seconds before the soreness in her body hit her all at once.
A quiet groan escaped her lips.
She winced and immediately pressed a hand against the small of her back, her entire body aching as she shifted carefully beneath the sheets. Even the slightest movement made her hiss softly in pain.
“What the hell is wrong with this man…” she muttered under her breath, brows knitting together.
She rubbed her sore waist slowly, still half buried under the blanket.
“When I used to beg him before, he wouldn’t even spare me a glance,” she grumbled bitterly. “Now he’s completely insatiable. This damn man barely even let me breathe the entire night.”
With another pained hiss, she stretched her arm behind her and tried to massage the soreness from her lower back.
Then the sound of running water reached her ears.
Amara paused and slowly lifted her head toward the bathroom.
The shower was running.
Through the fogged glass door, she could faintly make out Elias’s silhouette beneath the water. The outline of his broad shoulders shifted slightly as water cascaded down his body.
Her gaze lingered for a second too long.
Her lips parted subconsciously before she suddenly caught herself.
