And just like that, my nerves melted away. “So, do you think I still have a job?”
“I think you don’t need it, but if you want it, then yeah, I think you still have a job.”
“What about Molly?”
Bo shifted a little, taking a sip from his glass. “I can’t have dogs here so, do you want a roommate?”
I turned to look at him. “I have been trying to figure out what furniture to put in my living room. This couch would look nice with my wood floors.”
“Well then, it’s settled. I’ll call movers in the morning.”
I curled up in Bo’s arms, wrapping my legs in a blanket. “Bo?” I looked up into his warm eyes.
“Yeah babe?”
“I love you and your craziness.”
He kissed the top of my head. “I have always and will always love you, Peyton.”
I giggled a little, thinking back on what a whirlwind the last couple of days had been. “Promise?”
